Well, now you have found this page let me tell you about me and how I got started. (you don't   have to  read this, if you don't want to!)


I started learning about NLP over 20 years ago.  I cured a very bad Water Phobia, that had plagued me for 40 years, in less than 5 minutes just by doing what I had seen in the first NLP book that I read. This impressed me! And so I began long journey of discovery, not only of many mental techniques  that  you can use to improve your life but finding out things about myself that did not know before.

If this is the sort of thing that interests you then this site is a good place to start your journey. As time goes by the site will gradually become  a handy "cookbook" of ideas that you can use to feel good about yourself all day, every day.

As and old friend of mine used to say "Listen, just see how you feel about it, then do it!"

The main thing that suprised me about NLP was that the techniques did not depend on what you think but how  you think. To simplify things a bit, you could say it's  about how you represent those thoughts in your mind. Any memory is of something that has happened and you can't  change what happened. But you  can change the way you think about it because it's your Brain and it does what you tell it to do! It's just that nobody ever told us how to do it. It's a bit like suddenly finding the instructions about how to operate a new machine!

And as that´s the machine that runs your life, a set of operating instructions would be useful, wouldn´t it?
